Celebration of Life: Our festivals
Apart from classroom activities, we also play need to other important festivals which must be celebrated in order to understand our country’s tradition. Such celebration brings students closer to traditional and cultural beliefs.

1.Janamashtami –
The birth of Lord Krishna was celebrated by children thourgh dressing as Lord Krishna and Radha Various videos exhibiting the birth and different curious incidents of Lord Krishna’s life were shown to kids to reinforce their knowledge.
2.Dussehra –
As Dussehra signifies the win of good over evil, children were told about it and the whole story of Ramayana by our teachers through an amazing descriptive act showing all the significant stages of Lord Ram’s life. It is important for children to know about the plethora of mythological epics and analyse them according to their own perspective.


3.Deepawali –
The festival of lights “Deepawali” is a celebration of Lord Ram coming back to birthplace Ayodhya. Children celebrated it by making various innovative handcrafts, wall hangings and diyas. These were further exhibited for various guests to see.
4.Christmas –
The birth of Jesus Christ was celebrated by our tiny tots who were dressed up as santa claus, dancing the rhythm of Christmas earols and joyous Christmas songs. They performed poems, songs and acts on the birth of Christ and told about his beliefs to all.


5.National Festivals –
National festivals of a country holds great importance in the heart of its citizen. It is the occasion when people from all walks of life unite together under the blanket nationalism and celebrate with joy and integrity with joy and integrity. JMB family realises this fact and encourages students to know more about India to serve its future in the coming years at festivals like Independence Day. Republic Day and Gandhi Jayanti.
